Terms & Conditions

• Rates subject to 13.42% Hawaii State & Transient/Accommodation Tax.
• Reservations subject to $35.00 reservation fee.
• Reservations must be secured by a $350.00 US Dollars deposit.
• Children under 18 stay free when sharing accommodation and existing beds with adults 
• Extra person: $12.00 each day.
• 4-night minimum stay required. 4 night minimum during Christmas Dec 21-Jan 3. Effective 11-4-11.
• Deposit less $150.00 is refundable if cancellation notice is received 30 days prior to arrival. (By 10/31 for Christmas bookings.)
• Full prepayment due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Full prepayment due 11/1 for any booking with arrival 12/21 to 1/3. 
• Check out cleaning only. (No daily maid service.)

• Check-in time 3 PM. Check-out time 10AM.

Christmas Restrictions (Dec. 21, 2012—Jan. 3, 2013):
December 21, 2012, to January 3, 2013
• 10 night minimum on all 2-bedroom condos.
• 7 night minimum at all 1-bedroom and studio condos.
• Mana Kai Maui: Hotel-Unit and One Bedrooms Not Available. Only 2 bedroom condos are available (with 10 night minimum).
