The property offers a swimming pool and barbecue area. Wailua Bay View Oceanfront condos are located on the Coconut Coast (the eastside of the island). Golf, shopping, dining and activities are all conveniently nearby.

Kauai's Wailua Bay View oceanfront condo vacation rentals will accommodate up to four persons. These one-bedroom, one-bath units are supplied with fresh linens and towels and come with a queen or king bed and one queen sofa bed. Each condo is equipped with a full kitchen as well as a washer/dryer inside for your convenience!

• Every 7th night free during Promo Dates: April 15, 2009 to December 20, 2009
• New bookings only (April 15, 2009 to Dec. 20, 2009)
• Six (6) of the seven (7) consecutive nights must be consumed within the promotional dates.
• Not valid with any other promotions, special offers or discounts.

Rates are subject to Hawaii State and Hotel Accommodation/Transient Tax of 12.42% (Effective July 1, 2009)
After July 1, 2010, Rates subject to Hawaii State G.E.T. and Transient/Accommodation Tax of 13.42%.
Christmas period: 7 nights minimum. (12/21/09 to 1/3/10)
February period: 4 nights minimum
Rates are subject to $35 reservation fee.
Reservations must be secured by a $350.00 US Dollars deposit.
Deposit less $100.00 is refundable if cancellation notice is received 30 days prior to arrival. (By 10/31 for Christmas bookings.)
Penalties may apply if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival. (After 10/31 for Christmas bookings.)
