Terms & Conditions

• Reservations are subject to a one time $45.00 reservation/damage fee plus 4.166% tax.
• Wailea Elua has a $100.00 Resort Fee.
  
• Kamaole Sands has a $26.04 Resort Fee.
  
• Reservations must be secured by a $350.00 US Dollars deposit.
• Deposit less $150.00 is refundable if cancellation notice is received 30 days prior to arrival. (By 10/31 for Christmas bookings.)
• Penalties may apply if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival. (After 10/31 for Christmas bookings.)
• Christmas period - 10 night minimum for 2 bedroom condos. (12-21-13 to 1-3-14)
  7 night minimum for all Studio and 1 bedroom condos. (12-21-13 to 1-3-14)
  Mana Kai Maui accepting 2 bedroom reservations only. (12-21-13 to 1-3-14)

• Full prepayment due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Full prepayment due 11/1 for any booking with arrival 12/21 to 1/3. 
• Check out cleaning only.
• Cleaning fees (one-time) may apply to all reservations at all properties. Please see property rate pages for charges per unit.
• Children under 18 stay free when sharing accommodation and existing beds with adults. 
• Studio, one bedroom, and hotel room rates based on double occupancy. Two bedroom rates based on quadruple occupancy.
• Extra person: $12.00 each day. 
• Maui Properties: Check-in time 3 PM. Check-out time 11 AM. Kauai properties: Check-in time 3PM. Check out time 10AM.
• Room rates are subject to Hawaii State G.E.T. and Transient/Accommodation Tax of 13.4166%.
